Unexpected behaviour with meshes scaled via BP and exported via .fbx (.obj looks to function as expected)

 

Confirmed in 4.22 Main CL 4648854

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a BP and add a Cube
  2. On Cube static mesh component set an offset of (50, 50, 0)
  3. Add the BP to a level and scale cube (It will extend from BP pivot) (Pics on UDN)
  4. Position this scaled cube in alignment with another mesh
  5. File -> Export Selected to .fbx
  6. Import into DDC (Maya 2016 in my case)

Result: Cube(fromBP) is no longer aligned with other mesh
