Editor crashes when entering VR Edit Mode with WMR HMD

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisites: WMR HMD and Windows Version 1803 (17134) or higher

  1. Enable WMR plugin and restart editor
  2. Enter VR Edit Mode ("VR Mode") from toolbar
  3. Engine will crash
