Moving Widgets produces multiple "Animatable Property Changed" Undo Transactions that appear to do nothing

1. Create and open a new Blank Blueprint Template project
2. Create and open a new User Interface > Widget Blueprint
3. Open the Edit > Undo History Window
4. Using the palette, add a button to the designer.
5. Move the Button to another section of the screen
