Scrollbox no longer works after being Collapsed (and made visible again) when using remote session

Scroll box no longer scrolls after the visibility has been set to collapsed and back to visible. This only appears to occur when using Remote session.

Additional info on setting up remote session:

• Remote session plugin must be enabled
• iOS device but be version 8 or higher
• URemote app must be downloaded on the device
• To get ip needed to connect to session
• You can type cmd into windows search and press enter
• Use the command ipconfig
• use IPv4 Address
• App will only connect while editor play session is running

1. Make sure to have an iOS device that is compatible with Remote Session
2. Install URemote app on iOS device
3. Down load the project
4. Open the project
5. Click PIE
6. Connect to session via the Uremote app on the iOS device
7. Scroll the scroll box with one finger and click the button with another
8. Click the button once more to show the scroll box again

Result : The scroll box can not longer be used (no longer scrolls)
Expected: The scroll box would continue to work after being set back to visible
