Description

When a Project Version value has been specified in the Project Settings, this value is not set into either the File Version value or the Product Version value in a packaged game. The File Version value that is shown is the Engine version (eg. "4.21.2.0"), and the Product Version shows the Engine branch string (eg. "++UE4+Release-4.21-CL-4753647"). It would be helpful if at least one of these "version" values shows the Project Version value that had been set.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blueprint project.
  2. Open the Project Settings.
  3. Set the Project Version value to any unique value (eg. 1.2.3.4).
  4. Package the project for Win64.
  5. Right-click on the packaged .exe.
  6. Select "Properties."
  7. Click the Details tab.

RESULT:
Neither of the two "version" properties in the Details tab reflect the Project Version value that had been set previously.

EXPECTED:
At least one of the "version" properties in the Details tab shows the Project Version value.
