When a Project Version value has been specified in the Project Settings, this value is not set into either the File Version value or the Product Version value in a packaged game. The File Version value that is shown is the Engine version (eg. ""), and the Product Version shows the Engine branch string (eg. "++UE4+Release-4.21-CL-4753647"). It would be helpful if at least one of these "version" values shows the Project Version value that had been set.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Blueprint project.
  2. Open the Project Settings.
  3. Set the Project Version value to any unique value (eg.
  4. Package the project for Win64.
  5. Right-click on the packaged .exe.
  6. Select "Properties."
  7. Click the Details tab.

Neither of the two "version" properties in the Details tab reflect the Project Version value that had been set previously.

At least one of the "version" properties in the Details tab shows the Project Version value.
