List view reorders itself as it is scrolled through.

The widgets in a list view widget will appear to reorder themselves as they are scrolled through.

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Play in editor
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list view
5. Scroll to the top of the list view
6. Scroll to the bottom of the list view
7. Scroll to the top of the list view

Result: The order of the widgets in the list view will change as you scroll from the bottom to the top
Expected: The order of the widgets in the list view would remain constant unless an action is taken to reorder them
