Description

After disabling Static Lighting, shadows only render for Tessellated Landscape when being selected in the World Outliner instead of rendering all of them regardless if it is selected.

Tested in 4.22 (CL -  5159901), 4.23 (CL - 5318236)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached [Link Removed]
  2. Select all the Vox sublevels in the Levels docktab
  3. Right click the selection and load all of the levels
  4. Select individual LandscapeStreamingProxys in the World Outliner

Expected: All of the LandscapeProxys should have their shadows showing

Result: Only the selected LandscapeProxy is rendering shadows
