Description

When the Windows Mixed reality plugin is enabled and a Mixed Reality device is hooked up, packaged games start in VR (regardless of if start in VR is enabled).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure Windows Mixed reality device is setup, hooked up and turned on
  2. Open editor
  3. Enable Windows Mixed Reality plugin
  4. Restart the editor
  5. Make sure "start in VR" is disabled
  6. Package the project for windows 64 bit
  7. Open packaged version of the project

Result: This Project starts up in VR
Expected: The project would start up normally (not VR enabled) and would remain that way until VR is enabled
