Description

Changes in physics code have caused rolling objects to behave differently.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached 4.19 project (Contains Rolling Pawn and 'Floor' Mesh duplicated) + Project Settings -> Contact Offset Multiplier, Min Contact Offset, Max Contact Offset have been set to their minimum values.)
  2. Roll to the Right
  3. Observe no bouncing
  4. Update project to 4.20 or higher
  5. Roll to the right
  6. Observe bouncing
