User widget object is invalid when called in a widget component on BeginPlay

Description

User widget object is returning invalid inside of a widget component

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Play in Editor

Result: A print string will fire off indicating that the reference is not valid
Expected: The User object reference would return a valid result for the supplied user widget object
