Description

Static meshes are not rendered as particles when using the Static mesh module in Niagara and setting its source to a static mesh in the scene.

Tested in 4.21.2 (CL -  4753647), 4.22 (CL - 7053647), 4.23 (CL - 7224811), 4.24 (CL - 7225709)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blank Niagara project
  2. Make a Niagara emitter from the Fountain template
  3. In the emitter spawn properties, add a static mesh module
  4. Set the source to any static mesh actor in the scene

 

Expected: The particles would reflect the source

Result: The static mesh is not rendered as the Niagara particles
