The axis the FBX is imported with has been inversed from prior versions. See attached screenshots. This causes issues specifically with vehicles, where the movement is happening into the forward direction of the car.

This was reported and tested in 4.22.3 (CL-7053642). This was reproduced in 4.21.2 (CL-4753647), 4.23 (CL-7948402), and Main 4.24 (CL-8127039)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached files
  2. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
  3. Import the attached FBX with default options
  4. Open the Car_Test_1_Skeleton, click on the Root, and select the Translation tool
  5. Compare it to the attached screenshots from 4.20

Results: 4.20 has the forward [Image Removed] axis facing into the correct direction, 4.22 has the axises facing into the incorrect direction

Expected: Axis directions should be the same in all versions, 4.20 is the correct version that equals to the one exported from modelling software (3DSMAX).
