Description

The B 3DDraw Mode functionality draws at the wrong rotation for the Velocity Cone module. It seems to draw 90 degrees off.

Tested in 4.21.2 (CL - 4753647), 4.22.3 (CL - 7053647), 4.23 P7 (CL - 8115738), 4.24 (CL - 8153438)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Cascade Particle System in a Blank project
  2. Disable the Initial Velocity module
  3. Add the Velocity Cone module
  4. In the Velocity Cone module, set the Angle and the Velocity to a Float Constant, with their values being 35 and 30 respectively
  5. Enable the B 3DDraw Mode flag

 

Expected: The cone being drawn would be at the same angle as the particles being emitted

Result: The cone is being drawn 90 degrees off
