Tessellated Materials Displayed as 0 in Shader Complexity ViewMode.

Found in 4.22 CL# 7053642, 4.23 CL# 8386587, 4.24 CL# 8588088


Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Place M_BaseTessellated onto any mesh
  3. Set the view mode to "Shader Complexity"

The material will appear to be empty and read as 0

The material will be colored properly based on the shaders complexity
