Tool tip grammer error for "Force Layout Prepass" node

Grammatical error in a tool tip for the Force layout prepass node. It appears that he word "is" needs to be removed (see attached image)

1. Open the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Open the graph
4. Add a "Force Layout Prepass" node to the graph
5. Hover the node (to cause the tool tip to show)

Result: The sentence "One Pre-pass is already happens for every widget before Tick occurs."
Expected: The sentence would read "One Pre-pass already happens for every widget before Tick occurs." (the "is" would be removed)
