Oculus Splash screen image no longer shows on Quest.
Unable to reproduce on PC (If you package a project without 'Start in VR' enabled you will be able to see splash until you enable HMD)
Confirmed that SplashDescs is updated in both versions DefaultEngine.ini
[/Script/OculusHMD.OculusHMDRuntimeSettings] bAutoEnabled=True +SplashDescs=(TexturePath=/Engine/EngineResources/AICON-Green.AICON-Green,TransformInMeters=(Rotation=(X=0.000000,Y=0.000000,Z=0.000000,W=1.000000),Translation=(X=4.000000,Y=0.000000,Z=0.000000),Scale3D=(X=1.000000,Y=1.000000,Z=1.000000)),QuadSizeInMeters=(X=3.000000,Y=3.000000),DeltaRotation=(X=0.000000,Y=0.000000,Z=0.000000,W=1.000000),TextureOffset=(X=0.000000,Y=0.000000),TextureScale=(X=1.000000,Y=1.000000),bNoAlphaChannel=False)
In Project Settings -> OculusVR add an element to Splash Descs and set a texture (AICON - Green used in my test)
Launch on Device (Quest)
In 4.22 the texture is visible when opening app, in 4.23+ you just see the 3 dots.
