Description

Sequences that end on a subframe will not evaluate past the last whole frame, preventing events from triggering that should.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a sequence
  2. Turn of key snapping
  3. Drag the playback end to be on a subframe 
  4. Put an event before the playback end, and after the last whole frame
  5. Set the event to print a string
  6. Set the sequence actor to auto play
  7. Play in editor

RESULT

The event will not trigger.
