C4D Mograph not working in 4.24.0

A customer is reporting that C4D mograph support is broken in version 4.24.

C4D file added under [Link Removed] folder in: [Link Removed]

1.Import C4D scene with mograph in 4.24

2.The animation doesn't import

OR

1. Import C4D scene with mograph 4.23
2. Animation imports and work
3. Upgrade project to 4.24
4. Animation is broken
