While in ES 3.1 - lighting on movable meshes from static directional light appears to be rotated 90 degrees. The direction of light on movable mesh, both static mesh and skeletal mesh, doesn't match the direction of actual light in the scene.
Confirmed in 4.25 MAIN @ CL 10923120

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a 'New Default Level'
  2. Set Directional light to 'Static'
  3. Rotate directional light to 0, -60, 0 and delete sky light (for better visibility)
  4. Add a Cube to the level and set it's mobility to Movable
  5. Build Lighting
  6. Set preview rendering to Android ES3.1

Result: in 4.24+ Shadow is rotated 90 degrees
