The motion controller component doesn't track motion controllers correctly. This worked in 4.23.

If you create a VR template project and follow the repro steps this issue doesn't occur.

This was tested using a Vive Pro headset with Vive controllers .

Reproduced in 4.25 Main CL#109285306

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a blank project.
2. Create a new pawn blueprint (DemoPawn).
3. Add motion controller components to DemoPawn. Set the hand value in one component to Right and the other to Left.
4. Add cubes underneath the components for visibility.
5. Make DemoPawn the default pawn in the gamemode.
6. Start in VR preview

Result: The motion controller components don't track at all and sit at their default position.

Expected: The motion controller components track correctly.
