User encounters a failed assertion when trying to create a simple geometry collection from a box

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new blank project with default starting level.
  2. Enable suite of Chaos plugins, restart editor if needed.
    -ChaosEditor
    -Chaos Solver
    -Chaos Cloth
    -Chaos Cloth editor
    -Chaos Niagara
    -Physics
  3. Place basic Cube to level (shift+1)
  4. Open fracture editor panel (shift+6)
  5. Select cube placed in level
  6. In fracture editor click select to generate geometry collection asset
  7. Create geometry collection when prompted
