Platform-specific input for pad axis in 4.24 leads to missing value in VIVE. in 4.23.1 this is not reproduced.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a new project using VR Template

2) Add a new Axis mapping

3) Add input Vive (L) Trackpad X

4) Go to Level blueprint

5) Run print string after tick that will log value of the axis mapping.

6) Run in VR mode with HTC Vive devices.

Expected: continuous log in the viewport is designating -1~1 value that matches current touching position in the VIVE track pad (Left one)

Result: Always returns 0.0
