This can be fixed by turning on PCM in the project settings
When you have a sphere that is rolling it will never come to a complete stop even at low speeds. It will slow it's speed but never stop.
This conversation was discussed with James G and Ori C back in June that sparked some conversations regarding this AnswerHub report. I could not locate the old email though for reference.
1. Place two spheres in a scene
2. Set them to simulate physics
3. Place one above the other and offset, only has to be slightly above the other
4. PIE and let the ball fall and roll at a low speed
Expected: The ball should stop when slowed to a certain speed and fall into its sleep mode.
Results: the ball will continue to roll at a constant speed. When adjusting linear dampening above 1 this helps but anything below 1 appears to be ignored.
