ProRes and Avid DNx do not use tokens in their file names when rendering from Sequencer

The plugin media formats do not account for tokens in the filename.

1. Open QAGame
2. Open Edit > Plugins
3. Enable the ProRes and Avid plugins
4. Restart when prompted
5. Open the level QA-Sequence
6. Open the sequence MasterSequence
7. Select the Render Movie button in the sequencer toolbar
8. Set the Image Output Format to Avid or ProRes
9. Set the Filename Format to
   •  {sequence}.{world}.{fps}
10. Select Capture Movie
11. Open the output directory

Result: File name is set to .QA-Sequencer.

Expected: File name is set to MasterSequence.QA-Sequencer.30
