Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project (DebugEditor is better)
  2. Attach debugger
  3. set breakpoint at FCoreDelegates::UserActivityStringChanged lambda.
  4. Play PIE
  5. see NCached::Session::UserActivityHint
