When translating a retainer box in an UMG animation the scale of the retainer box is also affected.
Attached is a 4.23 example project.

1. Create a widget (DemoWidget).
2. Add a retainer box that has an image in it.
3. Create an animation that moves the image 200 along the X axis.
4. Play the animation OnConstruct in DemoWidget
5. Create and add DemoWidget in the level blueprint in BeginPlay.
6. Play the scene.
Result: The Scale of the retainer box is altered along with the Transform.
Expected: The Scale of the retainer box isn't altered along with the Transform.
