This is working properly in 4.21.2

 

Steps to Reproduce

1.
Place the Blocking Volume in the world and select it

2.
Turn on Settings> Previewing> Draw Brush Polys (not displayed in this state)
3.
Displayed when Show> Advanced> Separate Translucency is set to OFF
