This issue can cause problems for developers who are operating at framerates that aren't 30fps (eg 24).

Steps to Reproduce

In a blank, vanilla, blueprint, 4.24.3 project without starter content.

  1. Create a new Level Sequencer
  2. Create a new Camera from the Sequencer Editor
  3. Set the playback to 12fps
  4. Export the Sequence as an FBX
  5. Open Maya
  6. In Maya, got  to File -> Import
  7. Set the File Type to FBX to see FBX-specific import options
  8. Select your exported FBX file
  9. In the File Type Specific Options -> Statistics view, observe the the File Frame Rate is 30, even though we set the playback in Sequencer to 12fps.
