Description

Landscapes created with Import Tiled Landscape are loaded at the World Origin when loaded in a level without World Composition enabled.

Enabling World Composition in the second level fixes this issue.

I also reproduced this issue in the live 4.24.2 Binary (CL ); it is therefore not marked as a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project in UE4Editor
  2. Save the current level as Level 1
  3. From the Level Editor Toolbar, select Settings > World Settings
  4. Within World Settings beneath World, set Enable World Composition = True
  5. From the File Menu Bar, select Window > Levels
  6. Within the Levels dialog, select Levels > Import Tiled Landscape
  7. Import Inverted tiled heightmaps (see comments for details)
  8. Save the current level
  9. Create a new Default level
  10. Within the Levels dialog, select Levels > Add Existing
  11. Navigate to and load the Inverted levels

Result:
The landscape components in the Inverted levels are loaded at the World Origin

Expected Result:
The landscape components are loaded in the configuration they're arranged in when loaded in Level1
