(DX12) Groom simulation crashes GPU when viewport gets hidden and unhidden

 Should be related to Groom hair simulation (doesn't crash if hair sim is disabled)

Also attaching log files from licensee if that's helpful.

1. Open attached project GroomCrash.zip with UE4.25
2. Open level "Main"
3. Drag a tab (e.g. Project Settings) near the main viewport "Main", so that when Project Settings tab is shown, main viewport gets hidden into the background.
   (I''ve attached a gif if this sounds confusing)
4. Wait for 2 seconds then switch back to Main

Expected:

Nothing happens

Reality:

"GPU Crashed or D3D Device Removed."

GPU is crashed after destroying PIE in UE 4.25.3
