Description

Instead of clearing the metadata we should enable editing the metadata for vectors since the details panel supports it already. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a float property in any BP
  2. Set the "range value" and/or the "slider value"  in the details panel
  3. Compile
  4. Change property type to Vector
  5. Hit compile

Result: The input boxes for the vector are constrained by the values set on the original float property

Expected: You can change the constraints on the vector property
