Steps to Reproduce
  1. Install Binary build (does not repro with p4)
  2. Create a new blank C++ project,  Targeting Platform: Mobile 
  3. Open Terminal, cd into the installed binary location and run:

./Engine/Build/BatchFiles/[Link Removed] BuildCookRun -project=/path/to/MyProject/MyProject.uproject -noP4 -clientconfig=Development -utf8output -platform=IOS -targetplatform=IOS -build -cook -messaging -Pak -unversionedcookedcontent -compressed -stage -package -prereqs -distribution -addcmdline=-FileOpenLog


BUILD FAILED: AddBuildProductsFromManifest: /path/to/MyProject/Binaries/Mac/UnrealEditor-MyProject.dSYM was in manifest "/path to/MyProject/Intermediate/Build/Manifest.xml" but could not be found.
