[Source Effect Chain][Blueprint] -Add Source Effect To Preset Chain Has No Effect

Add Sound Effect to Preset Chain has no effect on the Source Effect Chain.

1. Launch AudioQA
2. In the Content Browser, create a Source Effect Preset Chain
3. Create an AudioBP
4. Create an Audio Component or add a SoundBase
5. Set it to any sound
   • If using an audio component, disable Auto Activate
6. OnEventBeginPlay, add an Add Source Effect to Preset Chain node. Add the Preset Chain you made and any entry (use an existing effect or make a new one)
7. Set the Source Effect Chain on your Audio Asset
8. Play the Sound

Expected Result:
The Source Effect is added to the Source Effect Chain and can be heard on the sound

Actual Result:
The Source Effect Chain is added to the sound, but not the source effect
