When a NavmeshBoundsVolume or NavModifierVolume is parented to another actor in the outliner, navmesh is not updated along the volume when the parent actor is moved. If the volume is deleted and then moved back, or if CanEverAffectNavigation is changed, the navmesh will be updated.
1. Place the Navmesh Bounds Volume on the level and scale it to cover the level
2. Press "P" key to display Navmesh
3. Place the cube and navmesh modifier volume on the level
4. Drag and drop the navmesh modifier volume onto the cube in the outliner and hang it
5. Change the location of the cube (parent actor)
Then, the position of the navmesh modifier volume is also changed, but the navmesh is not updated.
