An external user reported that creating and editing filtered channels in the details panel does not propagate to the node in the graph, thus making it unusable.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Spawn Control node in the Control Rig graph editor
  2. Select the node, Add Filtered channels in the Details panel
  3. Note that the channels do not then get recreated in the node or updated
  4. Only way to remove channels is through the node.
