Expanding pins and moving nodes in the graph marks the Control Rig blueprint as dirty, requiring a recompile of the entire blueprint. 


Blueprints do not do this. 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create new Control Rig graph
  2. Create any node in the graph that has pins to expand (set transform)
  3. Expand the pin
  4. Compile is needed - the CR blueprint is marked dirty
  5. Additionally moving a node positionally in the graph marks the compile as dirty
