When Widget components added to characters added in a C++ template When the build is packaged and you attempt to open it the window will not open, despite a process running in the background

Versions Tested: Issue occurs on all verisons

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project using the Third Person Character C++ template
  2. In the character blueprint add a widget component
  3. Package the project for WIndows
  4. Open the Packaged build once it is done building
    Result: THe project does not open a window, despite the process running
