When Allow Sequencer Edits Only is Enabled Some Properties Do Not Revert to Original Values

Certain values for the PostProcessVolume do not revert back to original values after tracks are deleted from sequencer when in Allow Sequencer Edits Only mode

1. Open attached project
2. Open Sequence, and put it into "Allow Sequencer Edits Only" mode from its toolbar.
3. Select PostProcessVolume, and note that Blend Radius is at 100, Change it to 200.
4. Sequencer creates a new Track for Blend Radius with the changed value 200.
5. Delete that Track, and the value is back to previous 100. This is the correct behavior with "Allow Sequencer Edits Only".
6. Now, change the value for WhiteBalance/Temp from 6500 to 7000.
7. Sequencer creates a new Track for Temp with the changed value 7000.
8. Delete that Track, and note that the previous value 6500 was not saved and is not restored.

Expected: Values revert back to original numbers when track within sequencer is deleted.
Result: Value stays the same even after track in sequencer is deleted.
