Can Not Add New Notify to Notify Track In Animation Sequences or Montages On a Mac

Only occurs on Mac
When clicking on the Notify Track in a Montage or in an Animation Sequence a bar shows up where you can name the new notify and after hitting enter it adds it to the Notify Track. The bar in which one would name the notify is not showing up at all.

1. Create new project using the Third Person Template
2. Open an animation sequence or create a montage
3. Go to Notify Track
4. Click to Add Notify
5. Select New Notify

Result: No notify appears when New Notify is selected
Expected: A bar appears where you can name your notify and hit enter to add it to the Notify Track
