Setting the iOS Marketing Icon results in the icon being displayed at full size and interfering with the ability to scroll through the iOS settings

Setting an image to be used as the Marketing Icon results in the icon being displayed at full size and interferes with the ability to scroll through the full iOS section.

1. Create a new Blueprint project.
2. Go to Project Settings -> Platforms -> iOS -> Required Icons -> Marketing Icon
3. Set a 1024x1024 .png image as the Marketing Icon.
4. Use the mouse wheel to scroll to the top of the iOS section.
5. Use the mouse wheel to scroll to the bottom of the iOS section.

RESULT:
It is no longer possible to scroll past the Marketing Icon that was just set, which appears to be displayed at full size.

EXPECTED:
The Marketing Icon is displayed at a smaller size and it is possible to scroll down past it.

WORKAROUND:
Drag the scroll bar on the right side of the Project Settings window down past the Marketing Icon. The way the scroll bar is displayed, it does not look like it is possible to scroll down any further, but you can drag the scroll bar down further.
