Material Editor Tooltips for Sine and Cosine Expressions are Incorrect

The tool tips for Sin and Cosine within the material editor need to be modified. The tool tips are inconsistent and do not match the information in official documentation.

1. Open Material Editor
2. Add a "Sine" and a "Cosine" expression to graph
3. Hover mouse over either and hold Ctrl+Alt to see Tool Tip
   Result: The tool tips for sine and cosine in the Material Editor state that they take the input angle as radians
   Expected: The tool tips for sine and cosine should state these expressions take input range of [0, 1] as is stated in official documentation (from links in the in-editor tool tips).
