FOV-track-only camera anim do not give effect to current camera. if the anim have transform track without any key, the anim works.
Regression? yes. This is not reproduced in 4.13.2 launcher version.
1) Create a new camera anim
2) Add Float track as FOV
3) Add 2 new keys at time-value as 0:00-90 / 0:01-150 (transition fov from 90 to 150 in 1 second)
4) Save all
5) Go to level blueprint
6) Create key press event for number 1
7) Wire following nodes
GetPlayerCameraManager
Keyboard Event(1)
Play Camera Anim (Anim:new camera anim from (1))
8) Play in editor
9) Press button 1
Expected: Camera FOV increases from 90 to 150 in 1 second
Result: Nothing happens.
10) Open camera anim (1)
11) Add transform track without any keys
12) Save all
13) Play in editor
Expected=Result: Camera FOV increases from 90 to 150 in 1 second
