Description

Changing LODBias on landscape sections causes a grass type placement issues. The grass will be floating and rotated incorrectly.

 

Found in 4.18 CL# 3832480,  4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 Preview 1 CL# 4112139, 4.21 CL# 4101872

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Attached Project
  2. Go to the Landscape Selection tool and select parts of the landscape
  3. Change their LODBias to anything that's not 0
  4. Go to the Landscape Paint tool and select the "Grass" layer
  5. Paint the grass layer onto the sections you changed the LODBias

Results:
The Grass type will be placed up in the air spread out everywhere

Expected:
Grass Type will be placed properly as you paint
