When changing the rendering Frame Buffer Pixel setting from "10 bit RGB 2 bit alpha" to "Float RGBA". The Editor's UI will change. (Please see the attached screenshots for comparison)
1.Create a new Blueprint Project in Unreal 4.23.1.
2.Navigate to Project Settings->Rendering->Default Settings->Expand the Drop Down Arrow.
3.Set Framebuffer Pixel Format to "Float RGBA".
4.Restart the Editor.
Result: See attached Screenshots
Expected: No Change in colors for Rendering or UI.
