Description

When trying to change the MaxLODSize using DefaultDeviceProfiles.ini, some of the groups scale but others don't.

This was reported and tested in 4.23.1 (CL-9631420). This was reproduced in 4.22.3 (CL-7053642), 4.24 Preview 1 (CL-9979423), and Main 4.25 (CL-10098181)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a new project
  2. Import the attached texture it has a size of 1024x1024 (power of two)
  3. Copy "BaseDeviceProfiles.ini" from the Engine config folder to the Project config folder and rename it to "DefaultDeviceProfiles.ini"
  4. Change World and WorldNormalMap MaxLODSizes to 256
  5. Save close, relaunch the project
  6. Check that our texture is Imported as 1024x1024 and displayed as 256x256
  7. Change Texture Group from World to WorldNormalMap.

Results: Now Displayed is not scaled to 256 but is still 1024.

Expected: Displayed is scaled to 256.
