Material Instance parameters do not update values when the user does an Undo (Ctrl+Z).

1. Create a material instance that has a parameter that can be edited.
2. Open the instance and edit the parameter value.
3. Press Ctrl+Z.
Result: A popup says the value has reverted, but it isn't.
Expected: The value is reverted as expected.
