Description

When "Extend default luminance range in auto exposure settings" is enabled, the Color View Mode in the vertex painting editor mode ceases to work and without any warning to the user.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch UE4Editor.exe in engine version 4.24.1.
  2.  Create a new bllank Blueprint project and open it.
  3.  When the project opens, switch to the vertex painting editor mode.
  4.  Switch the color view mode from "Off" to "RGB Channels"
  5.  Open the project settings.
  6.  Go to Engine - Rendering and enable the setting "Extend default luminance range in Auto Exposure settings"

Results: The viewport immediately turns black and does not show any vertex colors

Expected: Viewport should show vertex colors properly as described
