Creating BlueprintActor from EmptyActor produces an Actor with multiple DefaultSceneRoots

Description

This does not happen with UE4.22.

Maybe related to CL#7462096 and CL#7476283. These are fixes for [Link Removed].

 

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Place EmptyActor into the level
  2. Open detail panel
  3. Press the Edit Blueprint button on detail pane
  4. see Blueprint

Result

An blueprint has multiple DefaultSceneRoots
