After importing a sound file, it's sonic characteristics are changed and the sound is not the same as the original. This leads to inconsistency. The sound is the same with Compression set 100.

Two Examples: [Link Removed] and [Link Removed]

This was reported and tested in 4.24.2 (CL-11100242). this was reproduced in 4.23.1 (CL-9631420) and Main 4.26 (CL-11459205).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached audio file and listen to it
  2. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
  3. Import the downloaded audio file
  4. Play it in the Content Browser or drag it into the level and press Play

Results: High Freq content seems lowered, sound seems distorted.

Expected: Sound sounds "the same", even when compressed.
