Foliage is not an asset that you can select through the World Outliner and the "Select" button in Foliage Tool is not working for this case. If you create new foliage, it will be set to scale 0 and you will have to delete your scene and create a new level for it to work again.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a Blank project
  2. Drag a Cube from the Basics tab and copy it to the Content Browser
  3. Select the Foliage tool/mode and add the Cube as Foliage
  4. Draw Foliage on the Floor and swap back to Place mode
  5. Change the scale of the Foliage to 0 and deselect it

Results: Foliage disappears and can't be re-selected since there is no FoliageActor in the World Outliner

Expected: To be able to re-select the FoliageActor.
